Delivery Information

Order and Payment

Payment can be made by PayPal or debit or credit card via Paypal only.
We will aim to create your order within 5 working days of receiving it.

If you require something that is not listed on our website please contact us at info@thefootyfactory.com and we will be more than willing to try and fulfill your request.

Postage and Packaging

We will aim to dispatch your order within 10 working days. If your order is urgent please mention this in the notes section of the checkout and we will endeavour to prioritise your order or contact us by email at info@thefootyfactory.com

Standard UK mainland delivery costs £10.00.

Rest of the World
We do not currently ship to anywhere outside the UK.

We cannot be held responsible for orders lost in the post.
